Dr Pam Carroll, Wilts

Pam is currently Lead Professional for Equality and Diversity and is a member of  the School Effectiveness Team for Wiltshire local authority where she has worked since 2002.  Working closely with the Early Interventions Adviser, Pam’s role is particularly focused on pupils who are eligible for the Pupil Premium, and this includes considering strategies and interventions that will support vulnerable children and young people in their learning.

Pam has a PhD in Education and Social Policy from Southampton University and her work has always focused on equality of opportunity for children and young people. Her particular interests are in Narrative Therapy approaches, together with the practice of Mindfulness, both of which have contributed to the process of Pam becoming a trainer in Therapeutic Storywriting.
